Retail Center Parking Lot Restoration
This De Pere retail center had put off pavement work for years. By the time we were called in, the lot had widespread cracking, several failed patches, and standing water near the main entrance — along with faded, non-compliant striping.
Rather than a full tear-out, we built a restoration plan that fit the budget and kept the center open throughout the work.
Challenge
Years of deferred maintenance had left widespread cracking, several failed patches, and ponding water near the main entrance. Faded striping made traffic flow confusing and the ADA spaces non-compliant.
Solution
We isolated and rebuilt the failed sections, resurfaced the worst-worn drive lanes, corrected the drainage near the entrance, sealcoated the full lot, and restriped to a clean, code-compliant layout — all phased to keep the center open for business.
